Getting off the hamster wheel

thnx for the link, didn't know about the comment tool so i'll be using it in the future.
i tend to write the main novel first and then do the edit later, after all that is why they're called re-writes :)

Cool answer! I second the advice - take what you learn and apply it from that point forward. Even with the GMC - do some work on it and then include it with what you write from now on. You can go back and revise the first part once you're done. Took me a while to do that too.
