That's all well and good, Nienke, but where are the links to the magical fairy elves who come up with the ideas and write the book for you?

What? What do you mean they only make shoes? Is this some kind of shoemaker mafia thing? Are these elves union?

Sigh.

Guess I'll have to go back and do the writing myself--wait, will they at least make me some tea? No, huh? Coffee? Still a no...

Nienke, finish that WIP? :-)

Thanks for the Timothy Hallinan link. Good stuff there. I'm planning a blog post or two about not finishing, and why it's so hard. Hopefully they will help writers who are longing to come to "The End."

Brown, I'd settle for some elves to do my homework once classes start up for me again Monday.

Thanks for the link to Finishing Your Novel by Timothy Hallinan. I've been reading through it and it's reminded me of a few things - the most important being: the main thing to do, no matter what, is just keep writing - and finish the darned thing, already!
